Book Return Policy

At Lake St. Clair Sailing School, we strive to provide the best learning materials for our students. Please review our book return policy before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Books may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Books must be in new, unused condition (no marks, highlights, or damage).
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Digital books and downloadable materials are non-refundable.
• Used, damaged, or marked books cannot be returned.

3. Refund Method

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or incorrect book, we will exchange it at no cost.

5. How to Return

• Bring the book and receipt to our office during business hours, or
• Ship the book back (customer pays return shipping).
