Find Lake St. Clair Sailing School inside Lambrecht Marina, formerly Markley Marine. We are conveniently located near Metro Detroit and approximately five minutes from Lake St. Clair Metropark.

Save these instructions before you leave. Once you enter Lambrecht Marina, Lake St. Clair Sailing School is only a short walk from the guard shack.
Enter Lambrecht Marina
Navigate to 31300 North River Road in Harrison Township. Lambrecht Marina was previously known as Markley Marine.
Stop at the guard shack
Tell the attendant that you are visiting Lake St. Clair Sailing School for your scheduled class or sailing experience.
Look immediately left
The sailing school is located just to the left of the guard shack. Look toward the marina office and nearby seawall.
Find the red flag
The red flag marks our location beside the 30-foot Catalina sailboat “Trident” at Slip A3.
Parking: Park in front of the marina office or along the seawall near the red flag. Please follow posted marina signs and any instructions given by marina staff.
Look for Trident
The red flag is your final landmark.
Once you are inside the marina, look for a red flag next to “Trident,” our 30-foot Catalina sailboat. The boat is docked at Slip A3, close to the guard shack and marina office.

We serve sailing students and charter guests throughout the week. Classes and sailing experiences are scheduled in advance, so please confirm your date and arrival time before traveling to the marina.

Keep the phone number handy on the day of your visit. If anything looks unfamiliar, call or text before walking farther into the marina.
Use Lambrecht Marina, 31300 North River Road, Harrison Township, Michigan 48045. After entering the marina, continue to Slip A3.
Tell the attendant you are visiting Lake St. Clair Sailing School. The school is immediately to the left after you enter.
Look for a red flag beside the 30-foot Catalina sailboat named “Trident.” The boat is located at Slip A3.
Park in front of the marina office or along the seawall near the red flag. Follow posted signs and marina staff instructions when spaces are restricted.
Call or text the school at (586) 770-2518 as soon as possible. Scheduled classes and charters may need to leave the dock on time.
